Notes:

1. The prices listed are monthly subscription fees based on a 12-month term with pre-payment. Each subscription supports 1 doctor with up to 2 other non-doctor users. Multiple subscriptions may be required for large clinics.
2. Installation and configuration of CMS software only, excluding all other hardware, software and network setup.

3. CMS Standard and CMS Pro provide up to 2 and 4 on-site visits per year for maintenance and support respectively.

4. The standard support hours are Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm, Sat 10am - 1pm excluding public holidays in Hong Kong. Additional support outside of the service plan would be charged at HK$800/hr during the standard support hours and HK$1,200/hr during other hours. Minimum charge is 1 hour for Remote Support and 2 hours for On-site Support.
5. Fees, if any, will be quoted separately based on requirements.
6. The Clinic Supplies Programme provides group purchase of discounted clinics supplies such as drug labels and other accessories.
